Vera Lynn may have seemed an unlikely artist to be any influence on Rock 'n'Roll yet there's been many doowop versions of White Cliffs of Dover even before the Righteous Brothers cleaned up with it.Both the Byrds and the Turtles reorded versions of We'll meet again.
And in 1969 Vera-who is now over 90- recorded both GOODNIGHT and THE FOOL ON THE HILL
