After My Bonnie had charted in England in mid 1963 it was issued in the States around the same time where it bombed. This predated the Beatles arrival on American soil by over 6 months.
By May of 1964 the single was issued by MGM i a remade version when it charted selling on the strength of the Beatles being the backup group.
Sheridan's career continued in Germany where he put out a slew of singles
