When George Martin heard the tapes for the song the Beatles submitted for their follow up to LOVE ME DO he thought it needed speeding up.And from the moment the single came out to eventually top 3 different charts (in spite of what the Guiness Book says) the Beatles were on the final stage of the journey to Worldwide success.
